If you want to construct with average quality materials you need 2-2.5 Lakhs per 100 Sqft.
Why using full space, keep 50% around for garden and parking build home in 1600-2000 sqft, what the size of plot ? .rates in delhi will be on higher side if you give it to some third party also they will use not so good quality material, best is to buy material yourself and hire a contractor and guide him what design u want.
yup bro its cost around rs 50 lakh around but whrre t dinf gud cntractor at reasonable price

The best way is through your relatives and friends. If not, take a hike in you area/surrounding areas and look for them at the construction sites of such houses. Talk to the owner and ask them if they have the labour contract or the full contract. Speak to 3-4 contractors and take a quote. When you settle for one, don’t forget to make a formal agreement adding the clauses. The measurement would be from wall to wall, anything outside the walls will be charged extra (stair cases, compound etc). Have rough idea as to how much work has been done and never pay too much money in advance (make sure you communicate this to him in advance).
There are lots of details involved in such labour contracts so make sure you work them out before hand. If you going for a full contract mention the brands/type/quality/even the amount of cement to be used/bricks everything in the contract.
better get “Labout contract” which is around 300-400 rs per square feet, and buy quality things and build according to your taste..
SO qulaity materials by you, still you have to find qulaity skilled guys

@ankitgoel33433783 Not sure about Delhi. But the construction rates in Bangalore (for standard/basic fittings) are around 1400-1500 per square feet.
If you want premium quality fittings, it’s better to find a contractor who will work with a fixed percentage (say 10-12%) of the total cost of construction.

1200 to 2500Rs. /SqFts range is applicable for most of india(Genuine construction).
50 sq mt house in avg locality cost around 80-90 lac at this time

I like to avoid unnecessary back and forth so inadequate information is not my style.

Thanks for reminding me. Regarding the contribution, I am following this thread closely. Many of my friends are staying in Delhi and have built their own independent houses in the vicinity of Delhi like in South Ex, blue line or in Noida. If OP is quite serious then without mentioning the exact location how can he built one with the only detail of 3375 square feet.
Does he own any land ? Where is the location ?
Edit 1 :
There are many things that need to take into consideration. The Foremost thing is Delhi is not Banglore and Banglore is not Delhi.
I hope if you can understand it.
Note for @admin Chat and Quick edit option pop at the bottom right-hand corner which makes it quite difficult to operate. I hope if u can find any other solution.
Edit 2 : I would also like to add a quote in case for reference
As fire when thrown into water is cooled down and put out, so also a false accusation when brought against a man of the purest and holiest character, boils over and is at once dissipated, and vanishes and threats of heaven and sea, himself standing unmoved.

Edit 3
Civil engg or Architect can prepare estimates in a better way, instead of chindi chor dimers like me.
Can’t compare the cost of Taj Mahal with Lal Quila .
You must try and understand that the OP is only asking for some rough ideas so he is not blind when he contacts professionals. He is not expecting us to give a complete article by article quotation. Even though someone has mentioned prices for Bangalore, OP would get a rough idea about how much typical costs would be. He would know where and how to start if he has never seen/interacted with anyone who has constructed a house.

He seems to have an old score to settle with DealSeeker

3-3.5 lakhs approx for a average room size of 140-150 sq ft in Lucknow
