How to cancel an order in Snapdeal

Go to contact customer care. Then select the order number etc. and select the option and write to them

they have best user interface for cancelling orders…jst that u dnt kno hw to do it…

If u have already paid I suggest not to cancel.

My colleague cancelled his 700rs order in snapdeal more than 1 month before.
He is yet to receive his money back.

Good thing is cc keep on replying to mails although by phone is a bit difficult to contact them

I have ordered COD. Can’t take risk with Fakeclues & Sanpdeal.

How long will it take to cancel my order?
We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

What about refund after cancellation?
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under Trustpay. We take anywhere from 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be made in Snapdeal Cash (SD cash) which you can use to purchase any other product from Snapdeal.com.

Thanks dear. Already done that. But in Yebhi, this cancellation takes max. an hour at night. Hve done 3-4 cancellation & know d fact.

jst fill up all info here in 6 hrs u will get cancellation email…

so easy..

They have different order nos. For each product. U can cancel anyone before shipment.

Just click the My Account option in Snapdeal if you’re logged in and select My Orders there you can see your orders and cancel them.
