How to solve Jio internet DL and UL speed ?

VOLTE and LTE sign on the top of my handset but the DL speed is 1.25 to max 3 mbps and UL speed is just 1mbps .. never seen DL speed 10mbps in Jio . ping is 200-300ms . I have purchased their high end lyf handset still i am getting speed 90% less than airtel 3G.
i think the problem is with the poor network coverage in my home bcause when I go some other places in middle of the city my DL speed go to 30+mbps and UL to 5-10 mbps. network bar in phone i receive sometimes go to 2 bar but always 1 bar .I contact their support no reponse yet ..can it be solved ?

I too facing same problem.
I get good coverage just outside my home but not inside.

Jio is working on Band 3 (1800) and Band 40 (2300) at different places. As per the the laws of physics, longer the wavelength, shorter is the penetration power. Naturally Band 40 has less penetration power and works not so well inside homes, particularly ones with thick walls or complexes surrounding it. Seems at your location they are depending on Band 40. The only hope is to wait till RCom converts its CDMA towers to 4G Band 5 (850) and shares them with JIO
