I am having an exclusive offer from my Bank wherein I have to achieve a threshold of Rs 5 lacs international spends on my Debit Card to get a lifetime free membership of a Travel Club along with much more benefits. Bad part is I already completed my International travel a couple of weeks before and not going to travel in short time ahead. Wish to spend on international websites or merchants t reach the threshold criteria. Someone please suggest me any way out. Is there any way for this similar to online wallets like in India where we spend n get our money back by transfer to bank account?

Thanks Buddy for your help.
But can you confirm if trxns at Enteropay are considered as international trxns?
Moreover also let me know if is there any cheaper other option besides this as it charges 4.9 % for spends with Debit card and also charges 3.9% for withdrawl into bank account.

Do refer bank policies for criteria of Int. txns.. have used entropay only for spending, their team is good, i think they are based in UK…

@tycoon Which travel club/card are we talking about here?
Unless you do actually travel internationally and do actual transactions abroad on the card, I think you will be better off with other annual fee or waiver options. As you have probably realized by now, getting the money back to INR would involve a charge of 5% or more (AFAIK). Besides, such round trip forex transactions are most likely against some RBI rule. It is not meant as International travel spends alone. I can make any international spends to reach the threshold criteria
I also found xoom as the cheapest option to make fund transfer online. however it is not accepting any card issued outside USA. It is neither accepting entropay as it is issues in UK. Any solution to it?
Load money in hostgator.com or Bluehost.com account & transfer to bank (takes 12 days, 0% Charges).
