1- if u miss your train then option FILE TDR (if u file tdr u not get any refund)
2- if your book ticket on tatkl u go for cancel u got refund (0) felling looted
3- if u have a twiter account then u got help by Railway Minister.
4- if u book tatkal ticket on festival times (holi diwali) u lucky man, because all ticket book by irctc software buyer ( many software sold by irctc engineer)
5- Its ( India) , if u call custmer care irctc its charge 1rs per mint and he raised your call after 5 mints
6- railway started more Suvidha train and it cost is filght tickets ( dynamic price)
7- if u not booked then booked preimum takal (dynamic price) {irctc looted by roming plan} ( c—yapa) :evil:

At 2020 railway is not affordable for normal man,
even now we’re spending
reservation charge +
super fast train charge +
Online ticket booking charge +
Swatch bharath + krish kalyan cess +
ORIGINAL Ticket charge
may be BJP govt add more percentage on service or cess , add that too…
so in 2020 people get costly railway ticket, Now more people prefer flight rather than first class, but that time people move to flight, as first class ticket is high in even now, in 2020 i am sure they’re more than 50 % of flight charges.
