Jio Join app causing problem

Hey guys,
Any of you guys facing problem while using Jio Join app? I am using a non- Volte handset. I see when I make call to anyone via Jio Join app my data gets turn off for a while and then again it gets turn on. So this disconnects the call and irritates me. Is this problem specific to me or any other guy facing this kind of similar issue.
If yes, have you got any solution for it?

Same issue here…It disconnects as soon as try to place a call… Any updates at your end…
