Jio throttling speeds

My download speed on youtube and seedr has fallen drastically in past week on jio.Has anyone noticed any speed issues on the websites.Is their any better alternative than seedr.cc for torrrent downloads ?
Till yesterday I got 90kbps speed. Today getting 900kbps download speed.

Whats the file size limit for free users?
I use File stream it has 1 GB file limit, though gives good speeds

Pricing of data plans are fail. Who needs unlimited calling, instead they would have made unlimited or 50GB data at Rs.1000/- or Rs.2000/- and calling chargeable.

No, it will not, just that we all thought initially would not happen. Everyone though they would provide cheaper data. But they made calls free. So Jio is going to be a success specially for calling. Most users are taking jio as secondary sim.
Also same thing is happening for inter connectivity issue. Connecting from Jio to others is an issue. Most of the folks i know are getting a secondary jio sim or have got one. So people have already started calling each other on jio to jio calls. So calls are free and HD voice quality too.
This is certainly a game changer in the industry, in the end consumers would benefit. As other providers would need to drop pricing and come up with better offers.
