I am avid movie lover, and I have watched almost 500-700 movies at least and very very few movies I saw made like this… This is the kind of movie I would not ask a slight change in the movie

It is made to be classic.

It doesn’t make us bore for a second..

The end of the movie can only be made analogy with The Shawshank Redemption, where all things in the movie are directing us towards actual end, but we never think for a second this can be end… That is called mastering Direction

Nagaraj Manjule did it

And I am going to watch it again and again

we dont need to compare this to any wastern movie our marathi movies are selfsufficient.

I dont think you watched many Marathi movies else you wouldn’t have missed पिंजरा

recently this cult classic has been re-released for newer generation in technicolor .Must Watch n see how its been made before its time n how beautifully it conveys social message in simple yet powerful manner

I deliberately made analogy.. As that English movie was very much talked about that particular end in that film which was made possible by Nagaraj Manjule.. And i know it is near to impossible to make it…

Director Nagraj Manjule has done a brilliant job, showcasing the harsh realities of Indian society and what goes beyond closed doors, when family is involved.
Having come across this movie IMBD and Cinestaan, I am quite convinced this movie will make its way up to the blockbuster status in no time.

still looking for hindi dubbed version……..

This year, Arjun Reddy, it is a one-man show. I wish I understood Telugu, subtitles were not giving the experience I would have loved
