This email sounds pretty fraudulent. Received it today. It comes from: [email protected]
The problem is it asks you to activate the offer and then it goes to a url with
.96.it ….does not sound like Mobikwik right? Possibly to rob your mobikwik credentials
The next part asks you for a gmail login…possibly to steal your gmail credentials.
Also when you try to create a ticket with the link in that email, the email at the correct mobikwik site comes up with [email protected] as pre populated
I’m pretty sure the offer is fraudulent…..just putting it here in case anyone else receives this email
Thanks for sharing…
thanks for info
Huge thanx for info vu
Great information…..thanks
Thanks for sharing!
Thnks for news.
Hi @oli.ferns759 this should be shared with Mobikwik so that they can verify and take action against this.. I think so… may be many ignorant people (who may not be on DD) made fool and looted. If you think the same way, take time to share with Twitter.com/MobikwikSWAT team. They will do the needful..
Atlest try to get this into their notice
plz check pm.

dealife has confirmed its fraudulent, they are capturing gmail login details….if anyone logged in, change your gmail (and mobikwik) password asap
Just screwed the dude.
awesome…the guy has stolen the credentials of many users and is using it on other site logins too (like paytm wallet) since the google login password is the same for most people. I’ve changed as many passwords as I can remember But he managed to steal and transfer cash (about 1200 rs) to his number from the paytm wallet since my google login info was the same. Registered a ticket with paytm and some online crime authorities.
If you come across [email protected] ; 9094197428, let the alarm bells ring

also sent a message to the CEO’s inbox, Bipin Preet Singh (not the other folder) notifying him that someone from mobikwik is leaking out customer emails ….else how could the hacker have gotten access to the registered users (and hence sent out the phishing email to the registered users).
https://www.facebook.com/bipin...gh
also good to note the escalation email ids of paytm: [email protected] and [email protected]
Btw those who haven’t should enable 2 factor authentication for google and use single sign on sites using google/facebook whereever possible. Not suggested fot dimers maintaining 10+ account :p , but still it will help in lot many cases.

Thats a good move. Atleast they must find out where is the issue and how the information is leaking out.
Thanks for bringing out this fraud. There was one guy on Desidime too who collected a lot of emails of the people offering 10 Rs promo balance. Though I cought him and reported the same to the mod. His id got suspended that time but who knows he came back too. I hope you never gave your email to any such person.
thanks for the heads-up

done I believe atleast the ceo has ‘seen’ the message I sent him (paid 52 bucks for that otherwise facebook sends the message to the ‘other’ folder)
thanks for sharing
Thanks Oli
Nice thread. KG.
Small family, happy family. Two mobikwik accounts, two paytm accounts and three (dominos made me create the third one) payumoney accounts.
Great share bro
Just now I also received the same 96% email. . And surprisingly, I read this thread just 15 mins back, else I would never knew about this fraud and might be I would do some mistake..Thanks to OP and DD.
Thanks for sharing… Definitely does not sound good… Beware Dimers…
