Need help in buying corel draw x7 graphic suite original software

Hi everyone,
One of my friend has a printing press. Some days before some ppl from corel came and they caught my friend using pirated corel draw graphic suite now they demanding penalty and original software. Now my friend is confused from where to buy he got a quote of 54k from local dealer. Also he saw on amazon its available for 299 and ebay also for less but it cant be shipped to india so can you all help from where he can buy at less price. Pl do give your views

Ya its a good idea but will thay allow usa version in india is it ok as in usa its available for 299 on amazon while in India its available for 54k
