Need Help.... Snapdeal account blocked

I got an email from Snapdeal today.
After closely reviewing your account, we have found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. As a result, we are cancelling your order and closing your account. Please note that all other open orders and refund claims on this account have also now been cancelled.
Going forward, you will not be able to make any transactions using this account. You are also strongly advised against operating a co-existing account or opening a new account to place orders. Both such accounts will also be blocked.
What should I do?

I think you must have looted snapdeal in someway earlier else only for one Hike code order they can not ban you

I looted but not like other dimers…. This is happening after 1 month…Even I had placed many orders after that loot…. All are delivered

Update to whoever following this thread.
Customer care is telling that it is a technical fault. I am able to login and placed 2 more orders with the same account.
May be they purposefully did cancel the trimmer order of Rs 279 so that they don’t have to give Rs 200 BMS voucher.
Recent update. Again they blocked my account. This time I am not able to login to Snapdeal or Freecharge account. Customer care is telling me to create new account with another email-id. I can’t use this email-id. But I have balance in my Freecharge account. First time, SD CC told me that the block is because of multiple returns, but I haven’t returned a single product in last 2 years. Neither Freecharge nor Snapdeal customer care is co-operating. I want my old account back.What should I do?

Nothing dude… normal orders. I rarely loot. Today again account got blocked. Got below email just now.
