Need Help...such a bad experience with snapdeal..

Hello Dimers…
I have made a purchase on snapdeal on 26 of June and got that product delivered on 30th of June in a damaged condition…I have ordered two Nivea Lotion 400ml and both leaked in box and bottle was also in a puffed condition…I immediately scheduled pickup and informed snapdeal about it on its helpline no. 9212692126 and there the customer care people told me to not to return it and instead dispose it off, and i did so when the pick up boy came i told him everything and he also denied to pick it up in such a horrible condition as everything has became wet due to lotion leakage…and now am daily cordinating with snapdeal and they everyday say we are processing your refund and it will be transferred to your freecharge wallet by the end of the day, dont know what to do now…totally tired with this kind of behaviour of Snapdeal…
If someone can help me in this then please do the same…
