Needs some suggestion for Micromax

Hello Guys…needs some suggestions again..
i am using a Micromax canvas Nitro 2 handset. Its warrenty is just over by 1 month now.
I have always some issues with this phone. I made 5-6 visits to micromax care for differnet problems during warrenty period.
I have some network issue with this phone 2 and a half months ago. So i took it to micromax care. They said that they will send it to company because problem was not so easy. They took the mobile and gave it back to me 1 month ago from now.
The problem was solved and i was having great enjoy with my device. But that was only temprorary maintenance i think. From last 6-7 days ago….same problem occured again…i took it to care again but this time they said that the warrenty is over 1 month ago so they can’t do anything now.
I hope many dimers would have understood what i am asking about. please anyone tell what should i do…because i am preety sure that Micromax India is not going to listen in this case.

But also they said that I will have to pay charges now.

Going to find my job sheet no. now so that i can sue on Micromax in consumer court.

better contact any street side mobile repair shop he will do same job and you may never again need to visit for same problem… I tested few SO CALLED ENGINEERS from some electronic brands and found that local repair shop guy MORE knowledgeable than the BOOKISH ENGINEERS…. (Bihar Toppers 2016

if local shop cant repair, sell it to any people who doesnt use internet… accept how much ever they give

i think its tym move on..to new ph.
Check on quikrx if your phone is mentioned and check how much it will cost to repair with the local guy… If you get more profit, try this method or place an ad in olx or quikr…

Try this. Dial ##4636## or *#2263# or find the code for Micromax hones. This should open a hidden menu. Select WCDMA only from the ‘Set preferred network type’ menu if you want 3G only.
