You have to unlock the modem. Just google ‘unlock zte zc2766’. If you want calling function too then ask me here after you unlock the modem. I will upload the dashboard with calling function.

I downloaded 6 gb data in 1 day and now I don’t know if there is a network problem or they have throttled my speed. I have complained on pgportal against Relaince.

Bro only few data cards support bsnl evdo. And they are costly. Better get a relaince postpaid cdma sim and get unlimited evdo net

I have a spare EVDO data card but it’s old version Rev0. Model ZTE AC 8700. Maximum d/l speed is upto 2.4 Mbps.

That’s the real problem Paying 700 for such a slow speed. Only and only BSNL is there, Airtel 3G but that’s expensive. Hope they will introduce new plans that is at least 1-2 MBPS with some higher charges. Or Reliance 4G kicks in.

No I didn’t. Theoretically Rev0 has max d/l speed of 2.4 Mbps and RevA has 3.1 Mbps. Upload speeds are pathetic on both. Even on RevA BSNL provides max upload of 256 Kbps.

That is a different model AC2746 NOT AC2766, it doesn’t have RUIM and it doesn’t work on BSNL EVDO.

Speed depends upon the distance from the tower and number of users. I used to get upto 1 Mbps earlier but then I made them change their aging equipments and now I get 1.5-2.5 Mbps day and 2-3 Mbps night. They had another plan up til a few months back where I used to top-up in small recharge values but now that plan is closed. So, you have to recharge with one time Rs.840 ‘STV’. You can avail Shmart/Paytm/Payzapp//Freecharge discounts.

P.S. AC2746 works only on 1xCDMA i.e., 2G speed not EVDO. It doesn’t have a sim slot and no one has able to configure it to run BSNL EVDO. I have heard some people modding the AC2746 with soldering a sim slot on it and then then again configuration part is different altogether.

I have a Micromax 310c. Not using much these days. Bought in 1200 from flipkart. Under warranty ( 3 months left). Can give you in 1000 if you need. have box etc. all of it with bill.
