even paytm charges rs.10 for indiaplaza and few more e-coupons ,though delivery charges doesnt make sense now ,because they are not delivering anything physically ,but they are still calling it as delivery charges ,atleast change the name to convenience charge
read their FAQ’S points
What are the coupon delivery charges?
We charge Rs 10 per recharge as delivery charges in case you have selected coupons during recharge. Delivery charge is to insure that coupons reach at your door step without fail.
Why don’t you give coupons through SMS or Email?
There are two reasons:
We do not want you to get into trouble of taking printouts of e-mail coupon.
We observed that codes sent via sms are sometimes not accepted by the retailer as they do not have mechanism to verify the sms promo code in all their outlets. We do not want you to get into all these hassles.
Very annoying

yeahh true bro, both suck at times its just a matter of luck.
had a weird experience with paytm.
tried to do recharge with Paytm (but did not get the balance) even then PayTM said its successful. waited for few hours and then shot complaints , still no response. Tired of waiting , did recharge from freecharge, (which luckily worked) and then next day PayTM gives me a reference number saying "your phone has been charged yesterday, go and sort it out with my mobile operator. "
I was shocked with this reply.
took them a number of days and mails and proofs to return me my money. so be careful guys.
mobikwik rocks but no coupons
I hate Freecharge.in

Mobikwik is now giving coupons, and no extra charges for delivering coupons! Also, you will hear some more exciting news very soon from mobikwik ( I am the CEO of mobikwik.com)
@bipin
I just recharged from mobikwik and there is no option to select coupons.
Personally,i like mobikwik but because of lack of coupons…im going with paytm and freecharge…
EDIT:Got coupons directly to mail.Very few merchants now…it would be great if you have some other coupons for snapdeal, koovs, coffee day,McD etc…

We will be getting more exclusive merchants on board over the next 30 days, plus for all regular users, there will be surprise recharge offers every month!
Hello Bipin, personal advice from my side, today there are lots of sites, who now provides recharge facilities online (which can be called as your competitors), but they somewhat lacks in these three aspects.
1> They charge us for delivering Coupons, This thing really sucks, Free Charge have lots of merchants tied up with them , but these delivery charges refrain many members to use their free coupon service.
2> Most of us faced problem when payment gateway acts smoothly but still recharge sites give us error that transaction fail/ recharge fail, and then we have follow up with them with emails and bank statements, which is very annoying.
3> Customer Care, leave these recharge sites, lets talk about every sites coming under the E-commerce circle, majority of the negative reviews they earned is because of their Poor Customer Service, who are either slow in replying to Queries OR they came up with the answer that does not satisfy the customer
Just focus on these three, and u will be the best among those.

Hi Bipin,
Please refer to this old thread http://www.desidime.com/forums/hot-deals-online…. Lets hope issues like this don’t arise in the website in the future. Users will always recharge if the interface is good / deals are honoured as mentioned on the site. Thanks

good advise
if indeed this implementation done , mobiwik will be successful….
it’s time for tough competition , where sites r attracting ppl at their own loss ( few days back paytm with times gave gr8 offer , give 50rs. get 100 rs. recharge )
so any1 want to survive in such competition , has to really work hard for customer satisfaction….
thnx for info…
