Dear friends

I am in trouble ,story is we are 7 members in family and have seven account on freecharge with same gmail id like
[email protected]
[email protected]…….
And so on
But with different phone numbers.

Now the issue is we transacted on hypercity last night but all the 7 accounts are being blocked by freecharge ….now what to do friends

Want help i have total 1400 in those accounts

Your help will be appreciable

Email I’d name is same but different is number only that’s why they were able to track down this….but I can provide them proff ids of all 7 members

Till now only issue is they were not replying to mails
And and user name is almost same in all account

I think I should contact them from 2 accounts only at a time for solving the issue and provide proff if resolved then do this again and again

Only mistake is of mine is slightly same gmail I’d and user name from that they tracked

Let see what happen

I just want they should reply to my mails

The method you were saying is a tested one ?…..even if they provide half refund I am ok with that

Yes all accounts created in one mobile …..that should not be an issue as other accounts with different email I’d are not blocked. Only difference in that account is different gmail I’d that’s all

They are not replying to mails till now…….I have to wait

I don’t think that is a valid stand. If they are really individual customers, they should not have to go thru this. In any case, phone numbers are different.

Anyway, it may be their prerogative to block the accounts, but I don’t think they can just misappropriate his money on that pretext. If they don’t give the money back, then I think it can be a clear case of fraud, and one should proceed legally against them.

Thats why I feel its not at all safe to keep much money in these wallets. Last time Mobikwik refused to give cash back for valid transaction stating that I had multiple accounts, when the other account was of my dad. BTW it is just 1200, be polite to them. Not bigmoney to loss for freecharge.

On a side note, I lost a fu*king $2.4K on a dispute yesterday. I could have got that if I go through lawyer route. But sometimes time is worth a lot. See How cool I am? #moaning

It obviously did occur to me! But in my case I’ve had and keep having issues with only mobikwik. What I’m saying is if you can’t implement system of tracking multiple accounts effectively, you end up pissing off users who haven’t really done it. Mobi seems to be doing it aggressively and isn’t doing a good job of it. I just hope freecharge and others go the same way. For eg. What if you give your phone away to family members or relatives? Or sell it? Now if that person logs in with his own account, it seems mobi will flag it as multiple account. How do you deal with this? I’d say just link each account to one mobile number… But then it seems some people have dozens of numbers.. Dunno how they maintain so many phones / numbers. But I guess such people may be very few. Also as mentioned earlier, mobi has created new accounts for me on its own using same phone but different emails (happens when they don’t let you change credentials on some sites). What’s worse they can accuse me of voluntarily creating it. And that when I don’t even use one account much, because I prefer to keep dealings with them to a minimum and save my time. Classic case of trying to control too many things and making big mess of itThey just assumed everyone has just one email id when they implemented it.

BTW my case was not a loot from DD. It was a dispute and finally I agreed to bear a loss of 2.4 K USD (around 1.61 Lak in INR) as a part of settlement. Debt recovery is a pain in ass.

Will have to be extra careful from now on
Delete all stored card details
Never use same browser/session
Never use primary device for multi accounts or vice versa

BTW..all my email ids are nowhere close to each other…but same numbers have been recharged from all accounts

no bro aise to hamare paas 2-3 cards hi hote h aur accounts 20-30 … so aise to wo hamare acc bhi hold kr skte h ..
i think that guy did something fishy , thats why they deleted his accounts .

A simple select query run on database can give these details.If they intend to block,no one can stop them.Hope you read T&C on their website https://cdn3.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_lol.gif

I know this is coming up as soon as FC sent APP only offers in mails from last month.
