Ola has suspended my account and they wont even reply on email!
I contacted customer care. they even say write a mail!
I had 15275 in my account.
I had filled 5k in november under diwali offer for doubling the money.
Apart from that ola had many issues in my city jaipur.
Drivers denied duty 9 out of 10 times in their own ways. Sometimes directly and sometimes through bluff.
They would say they would come but then did not come.
I had 100’s of mails with ola with numerous complains.
And for this complains sometimes they would give 300 as credit sometimes 200 or so..
So I had a total of 15275 left in my account when my account was suspended.
It says account suspended due to violation of ola policies.
I had never referred ola to any one.
My money in my account was hard earned money.
I would really request any one of you to please help me as I was tortured by ola cabs. I was afraid to book a cab with ola. It had been always miserable experience.
I had many times just asked for my base money which I had put in ola but they denied. And now even their upper management is torturing me by suspending my account without any reason!
I want to file a consumer case against them. I want to know how to proceed and is it possible free of cost.
I can invest time but I dont have much money. I want to do this to save people from ola. I am not at all rich. Still I am not doing this for money!
I have a problem with the type of 3rd class service they give and their understanding!
Also the wrong means by which they blocked my account. I believe from my heart I am being cheated by ola. And morally they are a very bad company.!!

Please help!!!! I need lots of courage and help and encouragement to do this.

I believe in this case, nothing can be done.. Several forum members have faced the issue previously with Ola, they would not re-activate your account..

Sorry to hear about the ban. Well, are you concealing any facts in this thread? 15k seems to be a lot of money in wallet balance. I can’t believe that you got so much money by credits .Wasn’t there a cap of one transaction limit during double your wallet offer diwali? How did you manage to add 5k during that offer then?

Account ban is the last thing an organization wants to do to a customer and that usually happens when there is serious repeated policy violations.

I can only suggest you to post in Twitter/Facebook. You can also write an email to their CEO and see if that helps

Something seems fishy!…If you have a bad experience with a brand, then don’t go for it again.

Here you are saying you have numerous experiences and numerous credits. You are not telling the exact reason for suspension.

Ola customer service is good so far for me. Even I have received 100rs ola money as compensation and I have referred 3-4 friends, still account is active and running.

I am not sure this helps or not but try calling 1800114000 the National Consumer Helpline.. they will advise you well on the matter. I have solved many cases (related to telecom operators) with their assistance. You can try calling the number as its free for all.

yes they have cap of 5k on adding bit on diwali they were doubling the money!

So they give me 9200 as i had put 4600.
That was instant.
Then after continuous misery with ola rivers not coming at all.
They used to give 300 credits mostly.
I also thought 10k would be the limit but hey kept on increasing it and did not improve the services of drivers!

Also I have email receipts of my rides.

And at this point of time, I dont think I violated any policies.
Also they are not replying my mails.
Its been two days.

Atleast I deserve to get my 4600 cash back which they have completely looted.

Once I was trapped in their double the money offer but now never with ola.

I had put rs4600 in november and got double the money offer for diwali. So got 4600 as credits.
total 9200.
As the drivers denied services all the time and in few cases of complaint I got 300 free credits!!!
The reason I had to use and try to use ola actually was that I had 9200!!! in my wallet.

I wrote atleast 50 mails explaining the same deadlock and even asked to just refund my 4600 as they were unable o give service in jaipur.
In the end I found giving more money to other taxi services like uber and taxiforsure rather than been able to use the company i invested 90% of my money in taxis.

Ola was first to come in jaipur.

So now you understand how!
I have all mails and pictures.

Can u please suggest something?

Bhai 4600 plus 4600 is 9200 itself.
And they used to give 300 as free credits theirself ehenever the driver denied duty.
So i tried to book cab 100 times say since november and in 40 times i got 300 as credits.
Then as simple as that 15k!! odd.
Plus who told to exceed my wallet above 10k!!
Even I thought wallet limit is 10k.
And why wouldnt they reply the reason for suspension when they are right.
And if you search you can easily say diwali offer was max 5k to double the money!
I even have screen shots and all sorts of mails.

Do you know any email id of ceo?

But at the same time, they should return back the original amount paid by you (if you haven’t taken the rides of the said amount already). Hope truth prevails. smile

Yes Sir cancellation was due to their drivers misusing my account and So i had to cancel the booking.
I always cancelled the booking after 15 minutes above booking time.

I have not taken rides worth 9200 atleast!!
I am sure of that.

I put 4600 in wallet and got 4600 as promotion!
Also Why they gave 300 as credits always rather than they should have given better service!
By now I would have consumed my ola wallet and did not had to make so manybooking.

For one ride had to do atleast two bookings!

I had complained them 100 times and they have given 10k extra atleast of my complaints!

30*300 itself makes 9000.

The drivers used t just be where they are and just say it would take more.

The customer care guys used to give 300 credits on phone call when they saw driver did not move for 30 odd minutes!
They have call recordings and all.

Ola drivers even bluffed me numerous times saying they are coming and never coming or infact moving.

i had to see the app all the time whether they are coming or not.

They even gave excuses of flat tire and all!
November se hi bhai jab ola drivers ko dikhta tha iske accnt meinn 9k kch pade h toh aate hi nahi the.
unhe cash ni milega shyd ye sochkr.
baad mein shhyd ola ne ye band kr diya tha unko dikhna.
knhi kch kbhi kch mhje dusi cab mein hi jana padta tha..
4 mein se 1 baar hi ola mein jaapata tha..
plius sometimes i used to book 2 cabs just in case one denes whihc helped as if one denied other may come.

jaipur se jaise shaher mein agar driver 30 minutes mein bhi na aaye jo ki app mein 15 miute hi show hota h toh bande karre toh kya kare.

ni krni tmhari service use.
nhi chahiye tmhara koi promotion. please har baar rs de dengein toh mai kya karunga..

Aj mhje mere jama kraye 4600 hi chahiye account mein bank ke!
ola ma ni use kr skta aur!

kitta complain kruga kinna pataunga drivers ko..
kbhi bolta bhaiya exam h please aa jao kbhi train miss ho jaegi.

aap log agar kch help kr skte ho toh krdo..
mhje pata h morally ekdum correct hun..

I used to get angry on driver one time driver said flat tire h bhaiya ni aa paunga..
meri duty hai har baar mai call kro cc ko ki tmhare driver ka flat tire h koi aur kdo!!
maine advance booking krayi thi vo allot hua toh its companies responsibility to arrange some other one!
upar se ola se pucha maine mail daal improve kro iss cheez ko.
logged in kyu tha vo agr puncture tha pus vo call krke company mein bolega na!
just like other times they gave 300 as credits!

Aur ese hi baht saare kadve experiences ke baad mhje do din pehle suspend kr diya without any mail or anything.

he doesnt trust these services any more.

But i lost faith in ola only.

I am now using uber it has always been my favourite day it was launched.

The driver comes each and every time And rarely they take more than 10 miinutes to come.
Infact they come in 5 minutes whereas for ola I waited for hours and in the end had to use uber!

I am sure I have over 50 cancellations.

But not more than 5 are due to my fault.

I hate to cancel a cab.

I use uber who charges for cancellation.
Seldom have I cancelled a cab!
I had around 15-20 cancellations each month but 99% were over atleast 10-15 minutes of booking time!
Sometimes i have cancelled cab over 1 hour of booking time.

by booking time i mean the time by which driver has to reach my home and not the time when I booked the cab!

Try CNBC Awaaz Pehredaar forum & also complain in Consumer Forum. If your case has legitimacy you may be compensated the whole amount i.e. around Rs. 15000

I wasted so much time.

Plus I am not sure if they gave 10k as complaints cause amounts keot on adding and deducting .
What I know that i had put money in november only where i received double amount.

Also Ola said that promotional credit has unlimited validity, Also my promotional credit was part of the scheme.
So I am worthy of rides worth 9200 from ola.
I did travel in ola as I knew I would have 50% off as my amount was filled at 50% off!!
If i would have not put those 4600 ,my life would have been lot more peacefull!

Also the goodwill they gave was not asked by me.

I just need my 4600 and say bye bye to ola and never use it again.

the thing writtern above is the only case of suspension, they might have thought that the guy is doing fraud with them by accomplishing fake complains against drivers.and that too many times. i know u did well. but they will never understand

no complain was fake complain!!
thats the reason i cancelled 15minutes over booking time.
Only reason is this. So that they dont think its a fake complain!.

Also i wrote in mails you are just copy pasting replys and not doing back ground checks!
their ways of doing things is so pathetic!

They always gave goodwill.

once was a case when driver started the trip a rode alone!

They tried to give good will.
I just asked them to change it and they then changed it to refund as I said what is good will.
I dont need your good will. The driver did a fraud.
And thats a refund.

hope I receive my money back through this fight which is turning out be more on moral grounds than the money.

Morally ola did pretty wrong to me.
thats what I feel.
I am not hacker .
I am not a fake complainer.
I mailed them ineach and every way.
I mailed them generally to with ways they can imprve their service.
They never appreciated.
Also for those mails i would never receive any goodwill or so.
Just were without any CRN.
they were my favourites once when I clicked that button and paid a huge amount of 4600 to cab service!

So i wanted them to be good atleast.
Being of the same age as bhavish i praised them infront of them as a great start up and what revolution they are going to bring.
I was more leaned towards ola being an indian company than other competetor uber.

I even mailed may be the managemnt in jaipur is not good.
unable to handle drivers. but no reply.

But they have disappointed me in every possible way.

My misery continues just for trusting ola..
Now I wish every one realise themselves what they are and h0w do they do buisness.
