Pepperfry order cancelled

I ordered rice on pepperfry while payumoney 90% off offer was live, at 90 Rs..
Day before yesterday they cancelled the order with refund, giving reason that product is not available with them. Just after i reading cancelation email, I immediately took screenshot of the product page, as it was showing available. Emailed their cc that screenshot. and after 10 minutes I had chat with their CC about this, and the guy also confirmed that the product is available but he cant do anything. 
all this happened within 25 minutes of cancelation of order.
Today I received call from them and asked to purchase product at current price ie. 171 Rs.
According to them, they cant do anything as their policy is changed. they are not ready to give any reason for that.

Weird but my one order was failed still they delivered.. I was shocked .. Sorry to here ur order got cancelled . il
Nothing new. Pottypry is known for doing all these.
After getting some Venture Capital to burn, they improved a bit. But now again going back to the old days.
BTW, one of my friends got a broken clock from them recently.

even i received brocken clock. received after 1 month of wait, that also after so many follow ups. shipped from gati. 4 days ago they promised that they’ll ship a new one. but no update after that.
i’ve ordered one more clock in payumoney offer, which is also shipped from gati. only god knows what will happen with that.

thay replied me to give images
after that they return me my money and damaged pro. They said i can use
.
so believe me they always ready to do what they can do best for us
they hv no return policy
id get damaged pro
thay will give us our money return

their cancellation policy is worst
if order is confirmed than on cancellation u will charged 5% and if shipped charged 20% of product cost
so always try to buy on COD
