MeetTheDealF...

the guy came took my id proof along with prescription and then wjen he came to deliver he said i wont take rs 500 1000 notes
i think acc to rules pharmacies have to take old notes send the id proof of customer to govt. and then govt will issue the pharmacies real notes back
so now pharmeasy has took my id proof but didnt took old notes now they will get their black moneh exchanged
pharmeasy is doing foul play
PLZ HELP WHERE TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM ( PLZ DONT SAY CONTACT PHARMESY CC)

Initially 1mg was not accepting 500/1K notes. I talked to their CC twice & recorded everthing about this refusal. And told them that this call recording will be put on social networking & be tweeted to GoI. After few hours i got sms & mail that we are accepting old currency.

(Ofcourse, this may not be the only reason)

NetMeds first sent out a SMS saying they will also not accept old notes. Later they walked back their message and sent one saying they will accept.

I really don’t understand whats with most, not all, but most Indian startups. It seems they seem kind of incompetent in the way they do things
