Take Any Samsung handset above 5000/- it wont disappoint you… (same price other brand never succeed to provide Pics Quality like Samsung)
ZTE Nubia Mini 11 – 13000/- Best Camera & Hardware (but no update/long lasting hardware)
Moto G4+ 15000/- (Since it’s from Lenovo…. worried about Service & HW Quality)

For 28k there is Oneplus 3 good in all aspects.

People are suggesting redmi note 3 and redmi 3s for camera. ROFL.

Performance wise they are excellent, but there are many better option for camera.

If camera is your only priority than go blindly with Moto g4 plus . You won’t feel dispointed.

Redmi series are never to be considered for camera. In fact, it is the only department in which they are poor.

I would suggest OP to watch some YouTube videos like this.

Do consider Zook Z1 whose camera comes with OIS.

Don’t go for redmi.

Go for Samsung or Motorola

Have a look at Sony Xperia XA.

• Great Camera specially front one.
• Awesome Design and Build Quality.
• Doesn’t have class leading specs and probably she doesn’t want them either.

Ps: I would never recommend this to boys. Coz our requirements are different.

Increase your budget further and buy pixel. This is the best camera mobile ever

ZUK Z1 or Moto G4 Plus or Check for any Samsung phones.

Samsung Phones are always good in camera… performance degrades after 6 months, that is the only problem with them.

iphone 7 plus

OnePlus 3, Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, iPhone 6S/7. For me I personally like these in their own price brackets.
