The legal notice is on its way to their offices via (snail)Reg post and Speed post. But this would be much speedier.

btw notice to CC will enough and it will act as proper notice to the Company ..

Yes, it will. But in most cases, if the VP/CEO gets it direct, he usually CCs it to the head of Customer care, and the problem is taken care of without need to actually resort to a case. Mailing it to the CEO gets the fastest action.

You can send it to their standard customer care email. Use Thunderbird or something and check for read receipt of your email. The way the messages are acted upon depends on their threat perception (artificial intelligence) that gets evaluated at portals hosts.

I sent both a e-notice to their customer care email (didnt get any email reply or read receipt), and sent a hard copy by speed post. Received a response the day the speed post got delivered.
