Raat ko neend nahi aati – - – to din me soya kar.
OR watch boring channels on YouTube until you sleep. Jio zindabad.
Hello,
I’m no expert, but here are my 2 cents :-
1) After about 3 hours of your lunch, start working out – about 1/2 hour of skipping, cardio exercises and weight training for the rest 1/2 hour will be sufficient. And then you can increase the duration after about a week.
2) Eat your last meal of the day atleast 1 & 1/2 hour before your bedtime.
3) Stop tv/phone/laptop etc atleast a hour before bedtime.
3) Lay down calmly. Your body would need rest as you have worked out and you would hopefully fall asleep
4) To minimize the risk of oversleeping, set alarm in your phone/clock to a high volume and keep that device at a distance in your room where your hands will not be able to reach while your on bed.
5) Never sleep during daytime.
If you religiously follow what I said above, then hopefully you could burn some fat, gain some muscle and “rat ko neend aa jayegi”.
very helpfull, why are you still awake?
U meant Nind Nahi aati ?
