Redmi 3S Prime Grey 32G - return

I have placed an order on 12th, Oct and on the very same day i have placed a request for cancellation.I received a reply from Xiomi that i just need to deny the delivery and they will cancel the order as it has already been shipped. Now when i did the same the are not accepting the return and cheating with me. The order status is showing -“Return rejected”.
Now i neither have phone nor my money.
Any pointers to help please. Thanks for help.

Contact them again. If the product is undelivered to you, then they can’t retain your money with them.

Anyone know how much it will cost to change display of redmi 3s prime 
or any other way to save money+time+resources etc.

Perhaps you have placed order from mi. Initial status will be return rejected. Once products reach warehouse, only then you can request for refund. Chat with customer care or call once or twice, you will get sure. I have got money in same scenario.

Yes same experience for me as well, they took almost 2 week to return the money. For me the courier partner was FedEx and their website used to show return rejected
