Reliance fraud by store person - plz help me dimers suggest me solution

On 12th July 2016 i went to reliance store to do safe custody of my 4G Data Card. My All bills were paid and there was no pending bill, but the person at the store told me i have to pay the unbilled amount so he calculated and asked to pay rs.1500/- including Safe Custody Charges for 3 Months.
My number was suspended in few hours but it was not in safe mode i think due to 4G recent up-gradation so he told me it will take more 2 weeks to safe custody to activate
On 30th July i got email from Reliance stating new plans of 4G and it was not suiting my needs so i planned to terminate my connection. So i visited the store again with termination application of my number, but the number was still not in safe custody it was suspended.
The main issues comes here i had paid Rs.1500/- for unregenerate bill + safe custody charges. But i have still received bill from Reliance of which Rs.197/- bill was still pending, i told the store person when i had paid you Rs.1500/- why there is still due of Rs.197/-, he said me to pay it bymyself. I asked him when i had paid you Rs.1500/- why should i pay again the due of Rs.197 from my pocket.
And i briefly checked the bill and found that the store person had paid only 597/- Rs. of unregenerate bill and he took Rs.1500/- from me. So my question is why i was charged so much by the store person, i asked the person also but he didn’t gave proper answer.
Today again i called him to pay the remaining due of rs.197/- but again he is saying to pay the bill myself. So when i have paid Rs.1500/- why should i pay the remaining due from my pocket and where is the rest money gone in his pocket? I want transparency on this matter.
What can i do?? with the store person.

this ain’t concrete proof. rel store ppl give printed receipt & not pre-printed ones. better u try to do what i said above then proceed whatever is the outcome.

Short story: She called me within few hours of my email and told me to visit the nearby store and tell her about the store details when I’ll visit. I went to the nearby store and called her explaining the details of the store. She told me to wait there as someone will come up to help me.
One of the store manager came out from his cabin and called up my name in public with a scary face, I said it’s me. He asked me to come inside, ordered some snacks and cold drink and while I was enjoying the drink, everything was sorted within mins. My postpaid number was converted into prepaid and all the outstanding bills were cleared. I asked how much time would it take for the number to get activated and his answer was ( I cant forget those words) “Sir jab tak aap ghar pahuchge usse pehle it will be activated” and it was true. 
I felt so good that even when the customer service and the store reps doesn’t listen to your issues, the nodal officer did an exceptional job to solve it. Good luck.

U can also write to TRAI and appellate authority.I can send the legal notice yo company claiming rs 903+interest for the period + harrsassment charges + legal fess = Roughly 1 lac rs.
I wish u were in western country and u can get many advocates to fight the case without any money in adcance.

Case is solved.
Emailed Nodal Officer and called them up.
After checking the proof. They called the person who took money from me and made conference call.
Female Nodal Officer: How did you took Rs.1500/- from customer for safe custody?
Store Person: Yes he has applied on 12th July 2016. No Words…………………………………………………………..
Female Nodal Officer: Why did it was not done? And who told you to suspend the number? You don’t have any right to do this!
Store Person: Tells me, come at store i will show you the statement where i have used Rs.1500/-
Me: Madam please solve it here, and tell him what should be done next, i want my balance back. I didn’t gave the store person Rs.1500/- as pocket money.
Female Nodal Officer: Just give the full refund to the customer. Instead taking Rs.1500/- from customer you have not paid any bills nor any safe custody was done.
Store Person: Ok tell customer to come at office.
Female Nodal Officer: How many times will you make the customer come at your office. I am requesting you to visit the store and take your money back.
Store person instantly called on my number and asked me to carry the receipt with me. I went to office his face has become small, he took receipt from me and gave Rs.1500/-
The store person was like Bheegi billi today, was sweating badly.

I don’t think this receipt is proof as there is nothing mentioned about your bill. it is mentioned that they collected Rs 1500 but purpose not mentioned, so if store employee is fraud he will tell that he collected for anything else from store, but try to contact to your region nodal officer , chances are low but still you can hope some positive action from them ."@cody":http://www.desidime.com/users/144104 wrote:

I have been using RCom postpaid connection from 2003. In all these 13 years I have never seen any manual receipt. Right from 2003, all payments were processed through centralised server and only system generated receipts were provided. How have you even accepted a manual receipt?
