I hope you didn’t order from the website in order to also get affiliate cashback. The T&Cs clearly stated 7.5% cashback on ordering from the website. http://www.amazon.in/b?node=10972...31
I received the full 10% cashback (1500) on all my SBI cards for my orders through the Amazon app.
If you ordered from the app, contact Amazon customer care. SBI just followed Amazon’s instructions as far as the cashback percentage/amount is concerned.

Last time when i did for similar issue they took like 7 days n four repeated requests to transfer my request to the concerned department
Reply to that mail like you are planning to, if u don’t get any response then contacting AMZN cc is the only option

Just spoke with them. The very first thing I asked him was to check if the order was placed from app or web. When he replied that he couldn’t get that info from his end, I was like… WTF! Even Shopclues CC would have that basic info about an order. He then put me on hold and asked his seniors to confirm later that it was from app. He had no idea why one customer got the right amount while another one didn’t. Finally said it would be resolved within 48 hours. Let’s hope so. Of late, Amazon sucks!
