Shopclues is the biggest cheating scam in India
Hi Friends,
Had ordered Croma Mobile CBCR2243 Touch& Display Screen from Shopclues on Sept 05, 2016 for Rs 2228.
They sent me only the Display without the touch panel attached to it.
Had immediately raised a Return Request, with the issue of Wrong Product Shipped. After 10 days they mailed me asking me to wrap the product accordingly and send photographs of the product, box packaging and the packed box ready for return.
Now after almost 20-25 days, after calling their Customer service no. they are informing that the product can not be returned as they have sent me the right product that they cannot returned the product as it is been opened.
Please fellow dimers, requesting your views and comments on the above issue.
I am on a verge of raising a Consumer Complaint in the District Consumer Forum.

After reading this problem I want to know how much dimers interested in their shopping festival (1 to 10th Oct) !!!!!
Tell them … ypu are going to file case … let me check a link was there .. and when ever I raised complain their … Shopcluse representative behind me to sorted out the matter
Yes now I remeber .. whenever they replied you through mail.. they give a link at end for any more issue … just go and raised complain through that link… dont left them as once they took almost 40 days to sorted out my matter but they did … after I tagged cnbc awaaz in my twite continously

Dont leave them … Post on twitter fb . message them ur Mobile number ,they will call u… Ask them for refund… They will pickup the product and guv u refund

they cheack your patient but finally you get refund…….not bad CS as snapdeal and Hs18

That’s bcz you only have Rs.250 in your bank account.
and in that also you are using 50 free cluesbucks.

That to for Rs 150 off on Rs 500 purchase … so ultimately Rs 350 at risk
Tweet them on twiiter with the pictures of the product.
You have not don’t anything wrong, so you have right to speak the truth in front of public. Don’t leave them. You will get better response when you tweet with pictures the detail scenario.
