So many complains at Amazon FB page

Today… I went to Amazon india fb page after so many days and was shocked to see so many… I mean just soo soo soo many complains from various customers.

now I am scared for my own products… so much money stuck with amazon…

never read such bad reviews about amazon before…

can anyone highlight… what is amazon return policy? I am confused as many has claimed that amazon refused replacement or refund for defective electronic items like freeze, phone etc… when they are damaged during transit specially.

Through my experience is somewhat smooth with amazon till now… yes in super value day… I have to fight for hours to make them understand that bad packaging is there fault not mine so if product is damged … than they should bear loss not me… few cc has audacity to tell me … take refund (which product is damge and rto from transit) or cashback… I was like.. just transfer my call to your senior…

Ps – is there any problem with this thread? Hope i didn’t cross any rule as i am still trying to know all rules

If you’re getting refund for damaged product then what’s the problem? You get to keep the product plus refund.

All follow same trick to trap gullible customers similar to SVD offers. Paytm has changed after so many complaints regarding CB on peppertap, BB etc and they made it proportional in case of any cancellations etc. Pepperfry+mobikwik also cheated many the same way. If its their mistake they ought to respect deal and credit CB pro-rata. Surprised even Amazon does not understand this. Hence stopped using super value day.

Yes it eill best if they start partial cashback as per original cart … means if I had made Rs 3000 card than in case of damage … they should pay me according to 20%…. I have complained so many times for this .. and tell them that I am not sitting in there fullfilment centre to check packaging so if product is damaged…. Why would i suffer for your mistake….. day by day its getting hard to convince them… if some products are damage in transit.

Almost every ecom fb page is full of complaint .. what is new in this… And i have shopped many times from amazon.. all goes well … They even provided me replacement… Iam fully satisfied with amazon…
