Something Fishy About Refunds on Udio Cards

I sense something wrong when it comes to refunds with Udio cards, i shopped amazon for 99 and amazon has issued the refund promptly but it was not showing in udio wallet as refund or credit but when i contacted udio, they sent me a statment which was showing some technical details (banking technical) in which they have mentioned 99 as credit but i dont remember seeing it ever in my account, hence request all to be careful when you are transacacting with udio… they are playing something bad with this.

With another account also they have not credited the pizza hut cash back till now while contacting pizza hut they said they have done so a week back…
