Suggestion Regarding Repeater
I want to know that I have a ethernet port on my wall which works with lan (lan connection from router)
if I attach a repeater like this one
http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B004XACSV2/ref=...
will that create a wifi hotspot or not

No it only takes wifi and extends it..u cannot connect lan from router to this one.. for that you can buy a router with wan port and extend it..
