I bought a mobile from their Paytm store once. Found their care team very supportive. 
Too bad to know their owners had other things instead of ethical business strategies in mind.

can not believe it 
that you get into such risks
[not of the seller alone per se. but the overall combo of the portal itself being one of the most beep places and then buying off a rather unknown seller]
also, how to know this vigilante/maligning site has presented facts alone and correctly ?
of-course that syberspace main site and its glassdoor type employee review on-line do not speak highly of it.

I had known Syberplace even before the Paytm episode. It was exactly four years ago that I was planning to buy a mobile from them since they offered lowest price challenge – 2% less than the lowest price we could find online elsewhere. They were even ready to price it against my eBay quote post 10% coupon discount. But I dropped the idea on second thoughts and went with eBay itself. But their customer support was good. Moreover they started selling on almost every other marketplace with excellent ratings. They had 4+ on Flipkart, Amazon and Paytm.
This anti-campaign should also be taken with a pinch of caution. It contains even the close up snaps of the employees and the directors which makes it look more like an outburst of personal vendetta than genuine criticism.
