See I had 5-10 GB free in my hard disk and then some update got downloaded in the background and while shutting down the option was update and shut down and it is not waking up after that just blinking.

Even in that case the laptop will boot till POST but as you say that it’s not booting up at all then it’s hardware issue.

If it could boot I could have used a live CD and then try to do something but no nothig . I thing may due to the rain moisture went inside

A little moisture won’t do any harm unless you spilled water on it. Just say what really happened.

If it could boot I could have used a live CD and then try to do something but no nothig . I thing may due to the rain moisture went inside
