Ticket Compliment card not working (suddenly from today evening - 10 Oct)

Thinking about buying ticket compliments card. So it is not safe now ? Any suggestions guys?

I have not yet used this card. but based on dimers experience, you can go for it. activation may take time. but usage is simple.

I dont think TC card works on Freecharge.

yes. u have to wait for 7 days before tx to bank

worked today for me so withdrawn most of the money, thanks for your replies.

I’m seeing the same problem now. The cards were activated by GCI in the afternoon. I didn’t register the cards on edenred as I threw away the papers that I received along with the cards! Earlier too I used the card after activation, but before registering in edenred. They worked at that time.

Not working on Freecharge. Getting error “User is not allowed to perform this transaction”. Is it only me?

After a day of activation the issue got resolved all by itself.

are tc max cards working fine in wallet.

TC premium/max cards can be used at all the websites/app/portal which accept master card.
once you received the card you have to activate it first-
if you bought from Amazon it will activate automatically after 1-5 working days of delivery
if you bought from shopclues/paytm/giftcardsindia then you have to make a activation request by registering at activation.giftcardsindia.in/ then it will activate after 4-5 working days.
After your card get activated you have to register on edenredcards.co.in for online usages of your card it is mandatory and after successful registration you have to wait for 24 hours to make your online transactions and this 24 hr should be working hours means no sunday or holiday
if you try to make transaction prior to that it will show email id mobile no mismatch error as many people discussing here.

Yeah worked for me couple of days back.

Not working anywhere since today morning…Even at edenred website account , earlier active card is showing as “not found”
Anybody else facing this issue- TC max and Pre both ?
