Thats for the quick reply
Are you talking about specific xposed module or framework?

There app is as worst as it can, at least for COS & Cyanogen MOD. Better use mobile site on crome.

How? I’ve been on custom ROM and exposed for my entire life and had never faced this issue, just from past 3 days I’m facing this issue.
Right when I download 9apps. But in the end I figured out it wasn’t 9apps.
Btw my issue is solved by flashing the uninstall.zip for xposed.
Did you try to restrict permission in xprivacy and give it a try?

Are you using xposed? Uninstall the framework from the system

I can’t imagine my phone without xposed. Is there any other workaround for the same?

Why the insistence on app? For offline offers? Cuz otherwise the web works just fine for most purposes.

Some offers are App only
And the app experience is much better than the Msite

Me too, systemless xposed is one way to go. It bypasses Google’s safetynet but just after 22hours of release of magnus it was taken down by google patch.
If you are on 5.0+, then you can try suhide and other systemless root mods

This problem is appearing with latest version of Freecharge app on rooted phones. As of now, the only solution is to revert back to older versions of Freecharge.

I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid about it but I this app seems suspicious.
Freecharge force closes the app when if finds xposedbridge.jar in system partition. So to bypass this an ideal way would be to return null value when it’s looking for the xposed file…. Implementing this idea to an app, the size of the app would be max to max 300kb but this app is around 1.5mb. Even xprivacy is just 1.4mb.
Also lets not forget to address the fact how xposed modules are more powerful than native rooted apps, they can even record your keystrokes.(and steal credentials)
Instead of going through this hassle, just simply use any older version of freecharge
