I thought it is e verification. This is same as other types of verification, just docs are different.

if the registered number is same for both aadhar and paytm, it sould allow verification by aadhar otp. also they want copies of the document. mobikwik has also started aadhar based verification and their person is supposed to come with biometric verification machine

Thank you for sharing OP. Its been there for 3 days now. I already shared my Aadhaar and booked a slot for Thursday, 17 November morning (10AM to 12PM) slot. The entire day passed by and no agent came and no phone call either. Day wasted! Will update here is anything changes over the next couple of days.

Do not go with the date or time they give. In my Case, it was LATE too…. It was not Paytm Mistake. The Agent who came said that there are plenty & plenty of requests and he said, he came to the locality where i Live several times but we do only few a Day and they are also the agents for all the Wallets. I gave docs for both UDIO & Paytm to same agent on same day… Paytm Upgraded in less than 24 Hours while UDIO took more than 15 Days.
