Very bad experience from Snapdeal

I ordered shoes from Snapdeal.
I received it after10 days.
There was a dealy from courier side, I got to know about this from courier.
They told me that they have informed Snapdeal about this delay.
But snapdeal has not informed me about this.
Also, when I received the courier, the packaging was worst.
Shoes was defective (Loose stitching ) and seems to be a return one.
Will not recommend Snapdeal to anyone.

Man its a marriage season so try an understand.
Courier boys also need to attend marriage ceremonies so he might have used it for the same purpose and later delivered to you.

SD is worst if the product fails. Good luck OP for the replacement from SD.
Saanpdeal these days spreading too much venom. Ignore it for few years for peaceful shopping experience. Old products & full hassle inclusive returns make it just aside to fakeclues.
But problem is, when you see a small stitching issue (like in mine case a 2 cm loose stitching ), we try to ignore this for our own convenience to avoid follow ups on call & email and all that return hassle. But if same thing would have happened in local store???
We deferentially reject that on the spot.
So, my point is, these online retailers are selling defective piece, which are rejected in stores and taking advantage of their own return policies.
I know, I am also equally responsible for ignoring such defects for my own convenience.

i have placed my first order on snapdeal on december 10th.
initally they gave delivery date of 16th, later they postponed that date to 22nd.
Tracking showing item reached bangalore on 15th. but from that date . its not out for delivery..they used junkest courier in the universe..called Velex logistics..
never buy from snapdeal and never recommend to any one.
only flipkart and amazon rule the online e-commerce industry. check below snapshot for proof.

last time I bought a Jockey & I got a local brand of small size. Fought with 100 Rs. paid in calls. Finally had to spend returned SD points to buy floaters. Next for a friend I ordered MMX data card & he got old not working piece. Again too much hassle of return. He still waiting for money to reach his pocket.

Let me write, Whatever others say but We all know SAANPDEAL is down to level of FAKECLUES.

I advice you if its COD, Just deny accepting it. or more hassle waiting for you
Everytime a shopping site takes the route of being a market place they tend to lose all their goodwill.
Same happened with Shopclues and now Snapdeal and Tradus long gone.(now they selling onions to gain some name)
Problem with Shopclues and Snapdeal is they just blindly signup the Merchants with very less paperworks or no paperworks at all plus no listing limitations.
Please post your issue on Snapdeal’s FB page and share the link here we will support you and I am sure they will get back to you on priority.
And next time onwards while buying shoes, clothes, etc always go with the leaders Like Jabong, Myntra, Flipkart.
i ordered a polo amswan polo.. from them.. for rs 93/-
later they cancelled my order and it was for 160/- that time order one for checking the genuinity, found that its original, but now.. prices hiked….
320/- now..

my purchase from SD bought on 11dec was shipped on 13 via VELEX got it today on 22 lol slowest delivery in a long time from any ecom site.
i have ordered 2 american swan tshirt from snapdeal and they cancelled it after 4-5 days

Yaar don’t compare SD with fakeclues.. SD is the leader in the gattar of online shopping sites..
