Property retail business (buying and seling land) in smaller cities where flat system.is not common. .buying a large farm an doing ploting in it..and selling each for v high profit..even if u invest 2lakh in such a plot ,it will turn 12lakh in few year..

And if u buy a comercial property like a shop it price will increase 10 times ,,as price of commercial property depends on demand,, which is increasing day by day
