From reliable sources, i heard this plan applies for all existing land line plans irrespective of any kind.
So it should apply for sulabh.
But i would highly suggest you ( in fact suggest everybody ) to confirm whether the plan applies for their respective land line plans, as a precautions measure.
I have had few unpleasant experience with BSNL.
So i would request you to kindly confirm it before using as this involves your hard earned money at the end.

All land line users including combo BB users are covered I visited CC nearby and confirmed it. So if you have bsnl LL or LL with BB or BB combo, dont worry..you are eligible to enjoy the offer…Its a deal and I vote and suggest it.

Using it from a month. Its pretty helpful for people having long distance relatives.
Bought a cordless.. Gigaset. Only fault is that you have to keep it holding on the ear. Rest all is fine.
