Terms & Conditions for Flipkart Ping to Win Contest

Flipkart Internet Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Flipkart”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is introducing a 100% cash back offer on a product that is shared on the Flipkart Ping feature (“Ping”) and purchased using the Flipkart Mobile App (“Offer”) on 30th September, 2015 between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (“Offer Period”) wherein the Buyer has an opportunity to participate subject to the terms of this Policy mentioned below (“Policy”).

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. This Offer is open to all current and new users of Ping on the Flipkart App.

To participate in this offer Buyers must share the product with their friends on Ping and then buy the product shared, through the Flipkart App.

100 lucky winners shall get 100% cash back on product that was shared on Flipkart Ping, and bought on the Flipkart App.

In case of multiple products shared & bought, first product’s value shall be considered for cash back.

Winners of the Offer shall be announced on Flipkart’s Twitter handle on 6th October, 2015

Cash back shall be given in the form of Electronic Gift Vouchers (EGVs) after 30 days of announcing winners

Such EGVs cannot be redeemed against cash or credit and can only be used to purchase products listed on Flipkart.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, at any time without any prior written notice to You.

Offer is applicable on limited stocks and for limited period.

Flipkart may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks or for any other reasons whatsoever, cancel the orders placed by You. Flipkart shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever.

Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Offer.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
