If a user have already received Rs.20 cash back in paytm wallet through indiatimes shopping on any purchase during 28th – 31st Jan 2015. He/She is not eligible for this offer.

I guess, now only 2 orders per Indiatimes account can be placed while cashback is capped at Rs. 20 per PayTM account.

So, obviously users who have already availed Rs. 20 cashback in their accounts won’t get it again.
