Woohoo is a mobile app from giftbig. If you spend 100 Rs in the app using oxygen wallet buying available gift card, you will get 100 cb.
Attached link has the details. Remember app does not support all GV. But you can buy Myntra and few other small retailers. I have not tried it, I got a mail from giftbig.

Even if they withdraw the offer at a later date, GiftBig is not stupid (and/or corrupt) enough to apply the withdrawal retroactively on users who complete the transaction until the official withdrawal. So relax and enjoy this deal.
