oh damn. I bought 2 other day.

I exchanged my gold coins with gold bar sometime back and the shopkeeper was not ready to take half gram ones saying chance of variance due to very less weight. Had to gift them as I couldnt exchange them for jewellery as well. I dont know if its just me who faced this but from then on, I stopped buying half gram.

I traded with a local jeweller. No way the showrooms are going to give me gold bar and as there margins would be high, they can take the risk of variance where as the local jeweler would do it on tight profit.

Where did you sold the gold coins.
Here in Durgapur no retailer is taking the coins.

No, ordered OM gold, by the time I saw the deal, Euphoria had increased the prices so bought OM gold coins & all orders cancelled & when I asked the customer care for the reason of cancelling the orders, they put me on hold & never came back, called them maybe 10 times & when ever I was able to get through the customer care representative, he keeps disconnecting my calls.

Ordered 1gm from OM and it got delivered today.
