Offer is applicable for all Oxigen Wallet users, new and existing.
This is a Limited period offer available solely on first come first serve basis.
Cashback will be processed within 4 days from the time of transaction and will be credited in Oxigen wallet.
Maximum cashback shall not exceed Rs. 100.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or deal of Oxigen and cannot be assigned/transferred to any other person/customer.

And You cannot buy GC which are in Oxigen Wallet. But Can buy GC from any other sources.

I don’t know why you are confused, bro. It’s clearly written that you need to do the transaction via a virtual Visa card generated from your Oxigen wallet. In short, it’s like the Udio SuperSpender cashback deals. They are all promoting their virtual cards to encourage people to load money to the wallets so they can show more transactions in their books.

For whomever the VISA card is not working, do the below steps, it will work
1) Just uninstall the app
2) Install again from playstore
3) login with ur account and reactivate the VISA card(when you click on the VISA card icon, it will ask to reactivate)
4) create the new card
5) use now, it will work.
Just follow the above steps, no need to do anything else. Hope it will work
