i dont agree with that.. maybe its just because of sudden attack of dimers
most probably they will enable it again.
ebay knows more than half of these promos made for new users are redeemed by existing users almost every time.

who said 2 hours?? its from yesterday, my friends gave me ss today after the offer got revealed of thier yesterday chat, blocked them, they are no more my friends!

Was the codes unique? Both my numbers are registered under “do not disturb” list. That must be the reason why I dint receive any sms for my missed calls. Is there a way to register numbers under “please disturb me” list.
