Activation process:

Prepaid customers:

Visit offers.airtel.in from the <> using airtel mobile internet.

Offers available for the smartphone will be displayed along with eligible data recharge price points. Click on the Activate now button.

The activation status will be reflected in the same webpage

From next recharge, double data benefit will be automatically credited in addition to normal benefit. To check balance type 12908#

Postpaid customers

Subscribe to myPlan data booster before activating the offer (mandatory)

Visit offers.airtel.in from the handset using airtel mobile internet Click on the Activate now button.

The offer will be activated within 48 hours (from the backend the normal data booster is replaced with the special double data booster)

The customer will be informed about the activation status through a SMS. In case of non-eligible customer, regret SMS is sent

the sim is a shitty upgrade sim for failtel .. so none other than existing failtel customers can get benefit !? from this. Funny thing is I got such upgrade 4G sim of failtel with a 3g smart phone I purchased on last Oct. from FK.
