Since they are cheating in daylight… How about sending them a group mail warning them abt. their act…

This deal itself is sufficient proof that they edited the product as well as orders… So they must either refund the entire amount or honour the orders as placed.

One of us can send them a mail mentioning this cheating, keeping all other in CC. If they still dont’ reply back favourably, we can file a case in Akosha.

We can share the cost of Akosha, if there are 10 dimers who joins, the cost should come around Rs. 50 per person…

I think some senior member here can guide us and help us unite against this act of cheating.

I am also cheated. Didn’t get the freebies.. Do we initiate a class action or file FIR on cheating case against Star CJ?

Guys, in case if they don;t listen and refund than we all certainly need to make some dent to their revenues. Place COD orders and reject at delivery.

I just spoke with CSR for my undelivered order. She confirmed that its only 4 bottles of Olive oil. Following are the options she told me

1. Complain after receiving order.
2. Reject the order. Although she said the refund will be full after receiving item in warehouse.

but after telling about the offer they tell will send freebies in 4 working days, before they call you with in 2 working days……..

I sent a mail to StarCJ on 26th Jan, then a follow-up mail today. Got a call and was told the free items would be delivered in next 5-7 working days…. keeping fingers crossed….

The GVs were given over the phone, though useless…. various coupons of 10% discount like 100/- disc. on 1000/-, 150/- disc on 1500/-…. like that….

without Gv..that deal was junk..
only for ur consolation u will receive freebies…quality will be pathetic..

raised a complaint with them through phone… no idea what they will do cheaters

Felt bad when I missed order. After seeing all the troubles fellow dimers are facing, its good that I didn’t.

One thing that I ve observed is that in picture they put free items. Did they mention it in the description?
