Payment gateway charges are much higher than what I pay in irctc (Rs. 5 for IMPS). Additionally there are agent charges of Rs. 20 which are not there in IRCTC.

However still not a bad deal considering 50 CB on transaction and 10% CB on add money in mobikwik earlier.
