They offered some 1 or 2 months of trial when they launched it. I don’t remember the exact days though.

Edit- I have placed my first order of below 500 without shipping on 24th August and have paid/renewed on oct 14th.

Amazon defies all knowledge, but as you said they might keep these rates until next year at least. Prime penetration won’t be simple to achieve until they improve their services. Why would anyone in non-metros pay if they don’t offer them fast delivery options? For me, I find value only in their free shipping and all other features are non-event at least for now.

You finally identified an amazon process manager. Why bother for the 50 rs when we saved so much with the recent pantry loot product pricing. I had to place orders for every single product as the items were on and off stock. Prime rocks only for this reason
