I received yesterday. The quality seems to be really nice. It was imported in October 2016, so is brand new. The packaging was also pretty nice

No it wasn’t and you’re right, the length adjusters were in a plastic bag.. but I don’t think it’s a big deal, as the product is in perfect condition…

if its abt me, what i feel is that, you should not compromise on personal care appliances.
the product is definitely not brand new.
now, i dnt know, whether its used or not, but i would never take chances.. (and i think no should for things like blade, razer, injections etc)
