It was an eye opener to realize how flipkart can go down & cheap to promote their site before BigBillionSale .
We had seen whole day fk was trending on DD and other shopping sites for this fake deal and this was not a PE but well planned move but you guys don’t want to accept..
I had very bad experiences with flipkart not once not twice but always so want to warn you that don’t fall in their trap and spoil your festival…
Paytm & amazon are better in terms of service & product than flipkart even ebay is also good but still Flipkart appears as a big brand just bcoz their TV ADs come in every commercials and not of paytm or ebay..
Its your wish to buy from where, afterall its your money and you can burn it on fraud sites like Flipkart & shopclues but after that don’t come here on DD to tell your grievances that they have cheated me and sent used , damaged ,out of warranty product or cancelled my order etc which I always got to see on DD and their twitter & Facebook accounts…..
These instances are enough to take a lesson and make a judgement..

Your story seems to be funny considering you mentioned Paytm as a good store. Trying contacting their customer service via phone. I’m sure you know how it works since you’re regular to paytm lol

Even I had bad experiences with eBay and I dont shop there but I dont call eBay fraud for no reason. It all depends on seller and customer service.

I’m no one to criticize you neither my words should hurt your feelings. For me, Flipkart never failed to amuse me with their customer service. NEVER! just 2 days back, I renewed my Flipkart first subscription so you can imagine I still have plans to shop from FK for the next year.

Also, you’re no one to tell me for which store I should complain or not, you had bad experiences you shared. In future, If I had the same experiences with any store I have a right to share. ShopClues is fraud and I think every dimer knows that.

It might be you ordered plenty of PE products and fk cancelled which pissed you so much. Lol

Fk would’ve been like Shopclues with stupid products and no customer service. I have purchased plenty of products from FK in the last 3-4 years including Split ACs, Fridge, TVs, phones, washing machine etc. There was no bad experiences with me till now. Had issues with one Tv, FK replaced it with a new one in 2 days. I can keep on going with such experiences but that doesn’t matter to you I guess as you consider them as Fraud.

Just to let you know: Flipkart beats Amazon, Snapdeal; is India’s most preferred e-commerce platform- September 2016 data. No fraud site could win a survey like that. Google is your best friend for links.

I prefer FK/Amazon and probably thats the only two store from where I do 90% of my online shopping. So fraud my arse!

On the other hand u say Amazon is great experience..I would say it’s even worst than Flipkart.They recently brought 1₹ Treasure hunt and it was such a fake sale , no one claimed despite reaching there on time. But here , Amazon didn’t owe a sorry rather their cc tell us to be on time..

There lies the cheap foreign attitude..They think Indians can be bought by giving money and not service, which is happening. All run for heavy .discounts, bullying local players who offer best price. Amazon has money so it can spend, but once we get through, u will see real Amazon.

It’s only me or others, I tend to see Mrp on Amazon of many products is higher than Mrp on packets.. Then it gives 20 percent off, seeing what ppl buy &100℅ claim

You say Flipkart didn’t entertain 1Rs deal .. Yes it didn’t in first Bbd due to server load , high traffic and many other difficulties that were unaware of. Also the stock was limited.
Flipkart Ceo personally addressed all customers by writing SORRY Mail.

where to file a case against Amazon?
I ordered oester toaster posted in desidime on 6 Aug of 464 rupees.

Amazon is cheating me…. prepaid order, two months passed and still waiting… 2 months are already passed… And I am still waiting for response… Every time I call customer care they say we have raised your issue and you will get reply within 48 hours..and till now no resolution…. They insist me to cancel my order… Problem is rate difference….same seller same product.. why should I cancel and order same thing with 500 or more than my previous order…… Ok if possible let us assume I cancel my order then Amazon will refund that’s ok but where is my interest for two months? Two months are passed ?? And this is Amazon prime fulfilled order… I Amaze what will happen with another seller’s orders? I think for these types of issues there are two reasons behind it… 1) Amazon list wrong price for products to get more and more orders…this will not only help Amazon in getting website crowd for more advertisement , but will also increase their record in no of orders.. 2) this may be done just to take money from customers so that Amazon can earn from this money by interest/
stocks or another means..not only me thousands lakhs of customers are there…if they take 500-1000 from each for two or months I think they will earn more and more that I even cannot imagine in figures….. Amazon is cheater now P.S. I think this is the reason why cash on delivery mode is disabled for some orders….

I had bought a 32 Inch FULL HD for 17300 in Snapdeal, Couldnt wait till Big billion as my 2 year old samsung 22 inches 22F5100 display was dead, i bought it for 9500 rs in Flipkart, and the service person was claiming 7000 to replace the LCD panel.. rather spending nearly 70% of amount for the TV…decided to buy a new TV for my small hall, Searched a lot of brands was on tight budget, initially thought of buying Vu , But was bit hesitant due to hissing noise from headphone jack and lots of negative reviews on Vu 32 inch full HD ..Then saw the panasonic 32C460DX 32 inch Full HD (Non-Smart LED TV) which was selling for 18800 and extra 1500 off for all debit cards and credit cards, bought it for 17400 ..which i thought was steal deal, So far good. but display has yellow tint when u watch the TV at 2 ft distance, but doesnt have problem above 2 Ft distance. So basiclly wont recommend if you install it on table top …strongly recommend wall mounting. sound is avg and display is too bright..i had to tweak the settings a lot to get good picture clarity,
One thing to be noticed this TV has 100 Hz, Which is good for gaming. ADS same as IPS panel But doesnt perform like IPS panels. it can be placed between IPS > ADS > VU Samsung Panels.. Vu doesnt mean VU brand ..its type of LCD panel. Vu branded is equipped with A grade IPS LCD panels. So would recommend everyone to buy 40 inch VU LED TV on this big billion day. Also heard the hissing noise problem has been rectified by VU for 40 inch D6575

Something like this happened to me , but i didnt buy from amazon fullfilled seller ,It was third party seller , bought Crompton Greaves HS18 power saver ceiling fan for 1450 Rs, I clearly know that MRP for fan is 2300 and in deals the price can reduce upto 1700. So i suspected that seller may cancel the order ..Rather he didnt cancel the order, I patientyl waited and followed up with customer care everyday from the due date of shipping, Seller failed to meet the delivery date , he went and cancelled the item on the last day of due date. Citing the item is out of stock and he couldn’t full my order, But to my surprise the same item was sold by the seller with an increased price of 1950 Rs, I called up customer care and yelled about this seller and asked them to ban the seller for cheating me. I also threatened amazon that i will share this experience in all the Social networking sites and deal sites , i even said that i have all my previous chats i had with Amazon care, where they had promised to deliver the item. i will share them publicly as proof that i was cheated.

Later amazon customer care called me up and asked me to purchase the same item again from Prime seller, this time they said they will give the excess amount which is required to purchase the item in the form of E-voucher , I readily agreed as i had nothing to lose. was happy that atleast amazon was able to give me a 450 Rs voucher for the dispute i had raised on the seller, But sad part is i am not very sure what action they took on the seller.

But that has significantly reduced the price of the slightly older Mi 5, and that price benefit may be passed off (with another 500-1000 off) as a huge 6k discount by Flipkart.
