Even for 2500/- this was a bad deal. Never for Adata brand, I had purchased a 1TB hard drive for 3000 bucks some 2 years back, it went bad in six months. Better stick with branded and known ones like Transcend.

This was a great deal from a good brand, already sold out. Sad you had trouble with your drive, but that is what the warranty is for. Wd and Seagate have their share of failures too. Unfortunately our data is often irreplaceable hence the need for backups of backups!( this reminds me i’d better make a fresh backup!)
